  1. Love Gary but to add to his answer, he very much knows that over the long term all the audience he built on social media will play out for him. He is being smart about not monetising short term but spending time and energy to create content that bring value to people to guilt the world giving back to him whenever he will have a more B2C oriented business

  3. Hello, Gary, what advice would you give to people that are just starting their business? In very early stage of the business, In term of Managing and Accounting. When most of the thing, we need to focus on both area and still keep it manageable and not messy, & was manage by only single person. Hard to find partner/ the suitable people that able to help us in our businesses. For starter. Is it better to make our own business plan or hire someone to help us in doing business plan?
