  7. sure , I will talk less and work more, after watching your YouTube videos personally I started conserving my energy and started using it on important actions. I honestly feel like Time management means managing ourselves. A person with excellent time management means, the most organising Human resource to any company or even personal. Time management leads us to be effective and productive. And which is the best quality of the Leadership.

  8. it's hard to apply this method on my schedule. I'm studying for an exam at the end of the year.
    every lesson or lecture need to be done. some are more important than others.
    you can't study 24/7 specially with a morning internship.
    I try to maintain a routine after I started the Mind Diet program.

  9. Keep a note  pad with you to write down what  you  need to be doing and then write down the time of day that you finished doing it. Also, keep in mind during the day  that you are managing your time.

  10. There are so many time-wasting activities out there that try to steal our focus, like on Facebook, Youtube, TV shows, etc. But doing the most important things first really pays off!

The skill I am going to use to help me effectively manage my time from now on is write daily goals of the most important things that I need to accomplish that day. You had a wonderful video that mentioned making a list before going to bed of important goals that need to be accomplished the next day. I find that this not only keeps me on track, but by the end of the day, I feel accomplished.
