  1. Write down the nagativ situation and think about solution what is possible ! And take an action immediately ! And always thinking I am honest, I am truth, i know what I do ! And get suggestions of your close mentrors and close friend !

  4. During challenging times and working towards deadline. I always mention to myself "It's not the time for setbacks when there is still time in the game, I will not lose"

To get out of the negative situation, I firstly think that the situation doesn't last long and it's obviously in my hand either to move out immediately or after some/many days and I'll act accordingly. I would also do my best to analyse why such kind of situations take place and I'll change myself accordingly to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again.

Though I will feel dejected when it gets negative at times, I used to talk to myself when driving or alone that what are my goals and how to achieve it by overcoming negative situations.  Goal setting and reading out my goals again will definitely help me energize myself and come out of the negative situations.

  7. When something bad happen I always remind myself that Satain attact people first in the line of propotion.
    I than I belive that something good is about to happen.

  8. Jogging, meditation, listening to Relax music and cooking a meal are tactics that I use it during negative times to help me stay positive. Also If there is reason cause this negative ( times or thought) I write it down then start analyse it until finds the best option to solve it.

  10. One of the things I think is that soon that negative situation will be over and the fear or discomfort I feel now will end in a few minutes, hours or days, and next week I will look back and realise it wasn't that bad, I was just afraid of the situation.
