  1. When I get up in the morning, whether I have work that day or not..I make my bed…it just feels good knowing that I have done this. It's amazing how much you can accomplish…laundry, cleaning, working with my weights… whatever…then my mind is clear for: work or just relaxing. If you are a parent, I would kindly suggest not pushing too hard with them! but having them make the bed, even if it's a rather sloppy job, will ingrain this into them…………hopefully!

  2. I feel like I have lost my motivations, or they've never been there in the first place.
Maybe I'm doing work for work's sake, just to feel happy that I'm not lazying around.
But then the hugely tedious amount of effort usually puts me down.

  3. My biggest obstacle is getting frustrated or upset for various reasons, such as someone not seeing my point of view the way I think they should, when I do something that works against myself (i.e. smoking, sleeping in, eating unhealthy foods, etc.), and putting off important tasks.

  4. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us.

My biggest obstacle, i am less motivated to start the work to achieve my goal. Always i start the work in the last moment and complete it with average result.

I tried to change it, but still not improved. My body and mind lacks the fire to work continuously to achieve a goal.

Any tips or advice for this sir?
