  1. many thanks for your, dear mr. Tracy because this very efficient classic method – like "sabbath" – is very important at such anti-classic time like today. Today this method is very powerful even we aren't jewish people. )))

  2. I for one disagree. I think *every day* should be balanced, not just every *week*. Human beings live from day to day, not from week to week — weeks are a rather arbitrary unit of time. If your life is heavily unballanced on 6 out of 7 days per week, doing nothing on Day 7 won't help you much. It seems much better to ensure that *all 7* days of the week are balanced.

  3. I was use to something similar before getting married but my wife doesn't see the benefits. So now I suffer by being stressed out on a regular basis. BTW, she's more stressed out than me to the point were it is affecting her health.
