  1. Love your videos Katie, can you make some where you do all the rounds in the video? I workout so hard during the video and then as soon as it stops I immediately lose all motivation. I would love to have a full video of the whole workout, breaks and all. I tried rewinding but found myself sitting back down. I know I'm weak, but just thought I would ask 🙂

  2. Sleigh! Was about to give up before doing the second set of R & L sides, but I pushed through! My star jumps basically turned into squats by the last set but I still kept my heart rate up!

  3. SLEIGH!!! In the future can you PLEASE add modifications for all / any high impact moves. I cannot do any impact because I have a bad back, but had to make my own up. Loving the videos!
