  1. Oooh a new challenge is coming up!! 🙂 So excited for it!! Your kitchen is so fresh and clean (and white!) which I love!! There was quite a bit of excess plastic in the packaging of the Thrive jar products…which I get but still. 🙁 Have to always think of the environment!! Never tried artichoke hearts before so I will for sure have to give this a try! LOL!! I love how much you love spicy stuff!! I died watching you put in all of those jala's!!! I will for sure have to try this avocado mayo though..looks so yummy!!! Fun recipes! Can't wait to try them myself!!! @lovesweatfitness From – @_saragetsfit_lsf

  2. I love jackfruit. I haven’t eaten meat in years (12 ish) and I use it all of the time! I tried a fresh jackfruit once but it was a lot of work.. I’ll stick to the pre-made stuff! Their BBQ flavor is my favorite. Everything looks delish! When I made “tuna” or “chicken” salad, I use chickpeas instead of real meat, and always bulk it up with celery, onion, and pickles. Yum!

  3. Great ideas for meals but man, Thrive, that is such a huge amount of plastic waste you are generating. Glass bottles and vacuum packed beets don't need to be wrapped in more packaging. Please reconsider this going forward!
