  2. I am feeling this one today! I only had time to do 3 rounds yesterday morning so I had my boyfriend do the final round with me when we got home from work last night. We then did 1 round of Standing Abs and No Squat Booty because I only got a couple of rounds in the day before. I'm loving this DietBet Challenge and all of these workouts. Katie, your energy and upbeat attitude are infectious!

  4. Katie or anyone else , how long did it take for you to "get used to" working out? As far your mentality and physically? Do those next day's soreness eventually go away?
