  1. Thank you for your transparency in what you eat! I've been huge into the summer shape up and saw great results from the beginning until the end of week 2. From week 2 through today (w3d7), too many of my meals have been so off because we were staying with my parents for a few days, got a rare night without kids that we splurged for date night, and then celebrated my hubby's birthday tonight…..so many treats that I don't normally eat and the scale was not kind to me this morning, but I just have to remind myself this is LIFE….while I am trying to be successful in losing weight for the summer shape up, I also need to enjoy my life! So anyways, your transparency in this video was perfect timing for me! Love all of your videos, but definitely love this vlog-style!!!

Thank you for sharing your life in this crazy and scary time right now I love all your workout videos they are awesome and thank for the healthy video to it help me because I’m vegan/vegetarian my husband and I are both like that and I have to eat like that because I have a kidney disease which that has really helped my kidneys so thank you for everything you’re doing and enjoy it and keep it up
