  1. Reading some of the comments, it’s OBVIOUS that they didn’t watch the video or any of your other videos. Going by the title isn’t enough. Thank you for this video! It was very helpful!

  2. You are so inspiring! And it doesn't hurt that you are so cute! One of my best friends from high school has the last name 'Dunlop' and our second daughter's name is Catherine and we call her Catie. So all this makes you even more endearing to me! How tall are you? Keep these great videos coming! And thanks!

  3. I love learning about the meal prep process and any tips for meal prep. Looks like having everything ready in mason jars is key. Thanks

  4. I am on a “diet break” right now in order to reset my metabolism and hormones. (I wasn’t on a special diet , but I was on a deficit for 6 months) My 3rd week just ended, and I lost 3 lbs this week. I wasn’t even tracking. I was super shocked!

  5. Going to have to keep this video in mind when it comes time 8 months from now, just found out I was a month pregnant =) any advice on healthy pregnancy eating and exercise? Looking to survive the first trimester.

  6. 1.) I would love to see a "What I Eat In a Day" video from one of your normal weeks!; 2.) Would you do a video explaining how to cut/prepare/cook artichokes. They're intimidating to me, so I never buy them, or eat them. I don't even know what they taste like! 3.) Are you experiencing a lot of food shortages in your area? I'm in Texas, and the frozen vegetables are NEVER in stock! I can usually buy fresh, but even that can be hit or miss.

  7. I know that you eat mostly gluten free, but even when you go out, you have NO idea how much salt is in your food, and that’s where your bloating will come from. Sodium bloat is soooo real! If you reduce that sodium your body will not hold on to as much water which equals weight loss.

  8. Thanks Katie! This video was super helpful!! I’ve been nervous about doing this 7 Day program because it’s very different from the way I eat and out grocery stores are very empty rn… but this makes it look a lot more achievable. So thank you! Can’t wait for SSD tomorrow!

  9. I would love to see a video like you asked about in the end… A full day or even two days of what you usually eat and snack on throughout the day as well as showing sharing which workout you did on the app and what intensity and how long you work out for daily. You're way more in shape than me so I'd just like to see how hard and long you work out to see some results 🙂

  10. This was so helpful before meal prepping for the 7 day slim down and the motivation I needed and YES please do more of "What I eat in a day videos and your workouts!" Ty ❤

  11. Katie, I LOVED this video. I cant seem to find the mason jars you have with the white plastic lid specifically. Please help? Thanks!!

  12. I find “Lose 5 lbs in a week” and “healthy weight loss” to be extremely contradicting. “According to many experts, losing 1–2 pounds (0.45–0.9 kg) per week is a healthy and safe rate

Losing more than that is considered too fast and could put you at risk of many health problems, including muscle loss, gallstones, nutritional deficiencies and a drop in metabolism.” -Healthline (you can view the sources on the article)

  13. I love and admire everything about you! I know that you know your body and you know what you're doing, but I noticed in a few videos now that your lips are super dry, are you getting enough water? I know that when I wasn't, that was one of my tell tale signs. I started drinking a bit above the recommended amount for the last 4 months or so and my lips haven't been dry once. Just a concerned virtual "friend" making sure that you're doing well. Keep being your beautiful uplifting self <3

  14. Wow! I got the meal plan and so want to do it, but kind of hard right now with food availability not being so great. Would love to see what you eat normally over a week. Love your channel, app, and nutrition guides.

  15. I will try my best to do what I can during the quarantine! I had to place a grocery pick up order a whole week in advance because every time slot was filled.
