One of my best friends from high school has the last name 'Dunlop' and our second daughter's name is Catherine and we call her Catie. So all this makes you even more endearing to me!   2. I am on a “diet break” right now in order to reset my metabolism and hormones. (I wasn’t on a special diet , but I was on a deficit for 6 months) My 3rd week just ended, and I lost 3 lbs this week. I wasn’t even tracking. I was super shocked!

  3. Going to have to keep this video in mind when it comes time 8 months from now, just found out I was a month pregnant =) any advice on healthy pregnancy eating and exercise? Looking to survive the first trimester.

  4. 1.) I would love to see a "What I Eat In a Day" video from one of your normal weeks!; 2.) Would you do a video explaining how to cut/prepare/cook artichokes. They're intimidating to me, so I never buy them, or eat them. I don't even know what they taste like! 3.) Are you experiencing a lot of food shortages in your area? I'm in Texas, and the frozen vegetables are NEVER in stock! I can usually buy fresh, but even that can be hit or miss.

  5. I know that you eat mostly gluten free, but even when you go out, you have NO idea how much salt is in your food, and that’s where your bloating will come from. Sodium bloat is soooo real! If you reduce that sodium your body will not hold on to as much water which equals weight loss.

I would love to see a video like you asked about in the end… A full day or even two days of what you usually eat and snack on throughout the day as well as showing sharing which workout you did on the app and what intensity and how long you work out for daily. You're way more in shape than me so I'd just like to see how hard and long you work out to see some results 🙂

  8. I find “Lose 5 lbs in a week” and “healthy weight loss” to be extremely contradicting. “According to many experts, losing 1–2 pounds (0.45–0.9 kg) per week is a healthy and safe rate

  9. I love and admire everything about you! I know that you know your body and you know what you're doing, but I noticed in a few videos now that your lips are super dry, are you getting enough water? I know that when I wasn't, that was one of my tell tale signs. I started drinking a bit above the recommended amount for the last 4 months or so and my lips haven't been dry once. Just a concerned virtual "friend" making sure that you're doing well. Keep being your beautiful uplifting self <3
