  1. Verbal instructions would have been beneficial, as when I'm in certain positions, I'm not facing the screen & so wasn't sure when to change onto the next move

  2. I liked the stretching moves, but think it would have been more beneficial if you were speaking the directions for each move throughout. I had to keep looking at the screen to check for the next move and see if the current one was finished which hurt my neck a bit. Overall good stretch though.
