  1. I’m not sure how I feel yet. My counselor and past psychologists and psychiatrists have all recommended exercising, which I’m I love with now that I found you, Katie, but they’ve also recommended yoga…not sure how I feel about it yet. My balance is off, I like moving fast, so my patience is off, but I stayed and did the whole Video
