  1. Flapjack actually use coconut flour in their pancake mix (you probably already know this hence why you ordered it). I found that out when I ran out (I live in Australia and it’s expensive and takes too long to ship) and tried to copy their recipe.

  2. I’m struggling with my digestion because I’m lactose intolerant and it’s in so many things that I have to avoid certain foods because my parents don’t buy dairy free

  3. I’ve noticed you use a lot of coconut oil, just wanted to throw out Incase you didn’t know but coconut oil is one of the worst oils you can consume. Highest in saturated and trans fat. Butter is actually better than coconut oil to use for cooking as a comparison.

  4. Hi! I'm a bit confused, you've always had a toned stomach on your thumbnails and in your videos, how did you keep it toned and not bloated if you were having digestive issues? I'm jw because I've been struggling with bloating digestion as well

  5. love love love any food/grocery haul related videos!!! please don't think we would ever get fed up (at least I don't haha), been loving all of the content you have been putting out lately <3 continue killing it girl !

  6. I've been through alot myself with celiac disease it takes a while to figure out what agrees with you and what doesn't but once you figure it all out and you feel better it's all worth it and nothing tastes as good as feeling healthy
