  1. the thing is i wanna lose stomach fat and get toned everywhere else :/ (including defined abs) so I'm not sure whether to be in a deficit or eat my regular amount of calories and have it be all whole plant foods

  2. Just discovered you today and wanted to let you know how encouraging you are! I played soccer for 10 years growing up and due to different injuries am no longer able to play. I’ve just started doing research into weight lifting since I never had an issue with cardio thanks to soccer but watching your videos have made what seemed to be impossible become more realistic and attainable!   4. I definitely agree about everybody's body is different. I used to agonize over being petite but then I realise it's in my DNA to have a booty so I should own it!

  5. Men's clothes are more comfy. I wear men's shirts to the gym because they fit how I like and also I found a hooded sweater shirt in the men's section because the women's section didn't have what I was looking for.
