CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The negative posters have two things in common with each other – 1) They think that women are only placed here to be a sex toy for them and they can't have aspirations to be Amazon women and 2) none of the naysayers have any idea of how much WORK it takes to reach this level of strength and fitness as they munch away on their corn chips and ice cream.

  2. С детства профессионально спортом занимался – небыло таких раскачанных, пока химия не появилась. Ирония в том, что у "химиков" выносливость на порядок ниже, чем у натуралов

  3. I like how every crossfitter in this video is big as fuck. Only roids doing the work, this style of workout does nothing for your boddy then destroy it. Retard side of working out imo.
