  1. Hello Maryana, I’m not sure if you’ll even see this! But first I’d like to say that I love and enjoy your channel. But I’d like to tell you, that I struggled with anxiety and depression for so long, it was so bad, that I came to point of suicidal thoughts. But Jesus found me and saved me from it! I’m free from anxiety and depression, He gave me that freedom, that only He can provide. I will be praying for you, only Jesus can remove those burdens from you! It breaks my heart to see you struggle, or anyone at that! God bless you!

  2. I used to do the same thing. Would go to 2 x f45 classes a day and also lift. And i thought i felt good at the time, but i burnt myself out so bad. Still dealing with the repercussions a year later. Its so important to rest…

  3. Yes yes please! I've been dealing with high levels of anxiety since quarantine and would love to get any insight on how you deal with it. To know you're not the only one dealing with an increase in anxiety is reassuring!

  4. Evening walks are the best, my husband and I have been going on evening walks (no phones or distractions) every day for the past year and it has been so great for us as individuals and has helped our marriage and improved our communication

  5. I actually used working out as a coping mechanism for not only my depression and anxiety but it also felt like it was the only thing I had control over because of the stuff I had going on last year. It was a lot and working out was the only thing that gave me a sense of routine because of what I had going on. I went every single day sometimes twice a day. I never missed a day. Now that we were forced to quarantine, I tried to work out at home using a bowflex and body stuff but then I gave up. I think this quarantine forced me to take the break my body has been asking for- for months. I’m glad I’ve kept up with therapy so my mental health has been consistent and I am ready to start working out in a healthier manner when things do open up and it is actually safer to go out and do things.

  6. Girl, you need to get out of California, that state is never gonna open up again. Or find some hole in the wall gym with few members that require a key.

  7. The beginning of quarantine I was eating at all hours of the day or night, but I got my routine down to eat better and just make better choices.
