This one will have your legs pumped beyond belief. If you don’t have a DB you can do it with your body weight or hold a heavy bag!
1 – Cossack
2 – DB leg extension Hold
3 – Goblet squat 1 & 1/2
4 – Pistol squat
5- Single leg SLD
6 – Split Squat
7 – Glute bridge
*Remember to adjust your rep range depending on the weight of your DB & ability*
🔥 AT HOME: Hulk SHOULDERS:
– Seated Shoulder Y Press: 4×12!
– Alternating Seated Neutral Front Raise/
Seated Lateral Raise: 4×10 – each!
– Alternating Seated Neutral Close Front Raise/
Seated Reverse Fly: 4×10 – each!
– Bent Over Upright Row: 4×15!
– Seated Shrug Holds: 4×15!
– Alternating Dumbbell Countdown Press: 4 rounds!
