6. Ab Rollouts: 4×20!
7. Reverse Crunch Variation 4 X 10
8. Leg Raise Variation 4 X 10
9. Arms High Sit-ups 4 X 10
10. Windmill | Russian Twist 4 X 10
5 rounds performing the exercises back to back
Rest 60 seconds between rounds & repeat
