Exercise 4: Rear Delt Fly 3 x 12
Exercise 5: Side Lateral Raise 3 x 12
Exercise 6: Upright Row 3 x 12
Exercise 7: Wide Grip Pullup
Exercise 8: V-Bar Pullup
Exercise 9: Chin-up
Exercise 10: Russian Twist 20 reps
Exercise 11: Leg Raises 20 reps
Exercise 12: V-Sit Crunches 12 reps
Exercise 13: Leg Raises Side To Side 15 reps
Exercise 14: Plank 60 sec
Exercise 15: Heel Touches 15 reps
Exercise 16: Dumbbell Pullovers 3 x 10
Exercise 17: Dumbbell Rows 12-15
Exercise 18: Incline Rows 4 x 10
Exercise 19: Wide Bent Over Rows 4 x 10
Exercise 20: Bent Over Rows 4 x 10
Exercise 21: Pushups To Renegade Row 4 x 10
Repeat this for 3-4 Sets (15-20 sec rest between each exercise)
