    I have just started my fitness journey, and i'm not sure whether I should be on a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus. I don't have a ton of fat and I've
    always been a thin person, but my fat is mostly on my stomach and a little bit on my thighs. Do u know what have to be on to loose weight but also start gaining muscle? And can I be on a calorie deficit and still gain muscle or do I have to be on calorie surplus to gain muscle?
