You can just download it on your phone, there's loads of different meditations sleep stress etc, you can get a free trial if you've not used it before xx there's loads of free ones but this is the best x

  2. I just ran across your channel, and will be a new subscriber. I am a mom of two and have been having trouble trying to loose the weight after my last pregnancy. I went 6 weeks on keto and lost 10 lbs but I have a sweet tooth as well and the fake sweet stuff just doesn't do it. So i have been wantong to have a more balanced lifestyle with food where i eat clean the majority of the time, but can still feel ok to have chocolate lol. I have really enjoyed your munchy Mondays and seeing how you are just so real in your eating, where if you want something sweet you eat it. It's really inspiring. Thanks for being so real!

You are such an inspiration for all women and such a great role model for living a healthy lifestyle and not doing crazy diets but having a great relationship with food. I am a mom of 3 littles, I have a 6 year old, 5 year old and 3 year old. I have such a hard time when it comes to eating clean. I know what foods are beneficial to my body and which are not. My problem is I am constantly craving the processed sugar and bad food and find it hard if not impossible to just say no. Are there any tips you can share with me to help me get started with having a good relationship with food? Also I really have not been working out like I should since last summer. I did cross fit for a few months and liked it but hurt my knees. Im sorry probably way more information about me then you care to read. I just need help getting started and forming those great healthy habits with exercise and food. Any tips or help you can give me I would appreciate SO much.
