  1. Love love love your channel! Especially the food videos you post! I was shocked when I saw you had chicken kabobs! I thought you lived a pescatarian lifestyle?!

Maryana please note, if you're eating carrots every day! 🙂 just saying this because it happened to me and trust me I love carrots but eating more than 1 cup every day might change your skin color a bit yellowish. As I said, it happened to me. My parents who are both doctors warned me ab it and I didn't listen. It was pretty hilarious when I started to notice that my actual skin color changed so I decided to search on it on google and it turns out to be true. Btw I love your channel, hope you read this and please don't eat too many carrots (IF you're eating more than 1 cup a day) 🙂

  4. As soon as I saw that kabob I got so excited. I'm Lebanese on my moms side and Middle Eastern food is the best. Trust me, you haven't lived until you've tried hummus as an authentic Lebanese restaurant lol

  6. I feel you! I follow a vegan diet and as of recently with an increase in plant based protein, I started to get bad stomach pains and lots of bloating. Love seeing other diets and what works for others!

  7. I also have a “peppermint delight” tea, it’s a probiotic tea that says it helps with digestion, it’s by “traditional medicines” I got mine at target!

  8. I love these types of videos! I know it's more difficult with eating out, but is there any way you could include your calorie and macro totals at the end? I am not yet at the point where I can intuitively eat so I am just curious what your totals are. Thanks for sharing!
