  1. Im coming off of a low carb diet, currently vegetarian and im finding it so hard to hit my protein goals, since upping my carbs to 169grams i find myself feeling fuller for longer but i also feel fat and pudgy 🙁

  2. just go vegan girl and stop calorie counting your hurting your body with all of that and animal fats and cholesterol and proteins use plant-based  alternatives I love your channel no hate what so ever just concern and love

  4. Just had those oats this morning! Omg I almost died they were so good!!
    But maybe my stomach isn't used to eating that much in the morning. So I was only able to eat half of your recipe. 🙁

I found a great way to add volume, protein and nutrients to your oats is to blend up a half of a zucchini and put it in your raw oats and water and then cook it; you don't even taste the zucchini but it adds so much volume and nutrients! I then stir in a scoop of protein powder and put some blueberries on top along with a drizzle of sugar-free maple and it's amazing!! (You could also whisk in one egg white too-slowly and little by little is key so it doesn't scramble. The residual heat will cook it enough.) Great way to add more protein and more volume! Even just using one packet of oats it looks like you made 2 1/2 packets by the time you're done-it's so fluffy and filling!

  6. Are you a meso, ecto or endomorph? I'm guessing you're an ectomorph, since your diet is higher on the carbs? By the way, i've been loving your channel so much!! So glad Jazmine mentioned it ☺️❤️

I just started my weight gain journey today, I am an 18 yo guy, 5'11 120 lbs, i am muscular but my body fat % and bmi is so low that i am considered anorexic, i have consumed over 3k calories at the end of today (around 2x more than my normal) , and need to do so daily. Please wish me good luck.
