  1. girl, I LOVE your channel… I've just started out fitnessing. I'm trying to figure out what I want, but I guess losing weight and then gaining muscle weight? also, what's like your training schedule? How many days in the week do you train and what do you do on which day?

Which I didn't even know was possible because you are so healthy and fit lol But it would be SUPER helpful if you did a Q+A where you went over your height, weight and how much you fluctuate and maybe just A WEEK IN YOUR LIFE video where you take us through how often you eat, what you are eating, how much you are working out and what types of workouts they are. I’m 5’’2 and already a petite female however I want to lose a some more body fat and lately I‘ve been studying so I’ve been very sedentary and therefore eating 1,200 calories, however when they finish I’m going to be going back to the gym 4-6 times a week, how much higher do I make my calories when I do? I still want to be in a deficit but I know my energy expenditure will be higher. Thank you!

  6. I love that you EAT. Like you genuinely eat when you need to, and most fitness you tubers snack on cucumbers for breakfast lunch and dinner and it is so discouraging and misleading. You’re so amazing for not being afraid of food, all girls shouldn’t! We run the worlddd❤️❤️❤️❤️

  10. can you tell me if it's possible to lose body fat, belly fat specifically, eating carbs? I've been reading a lot about keto diet and they make it seem that without the absence of sugar( carbs included) you can never lose that stubborn belly fat. it makes me confused. I'm currently eating in a caloric deficit, is it enough or should I go low carb?

  11. I felt the pasta recipe wasn't that healthy in the true sense, I mean the sauce could have been homemade or maybe throwing two or three vegetables with some herbs would've been so great! Just saying. Nothing against you. ✌
