  1. So are you gluten free? I’m gluten free recently a little over a year and I still eat gluten sometimes bc only till a year ago I was eating it like normal so it’s weird to just fully remove but do you eat Ezekiel bread bc it doesn’t upset you or are you not strictly gluten free

  2. You should go to Sprouts for your produce (since everything is loose and not in plastic) and then go to Trader Joes for the other stuff! There's a trader joes and a sprouts right next to eachother in that area! (Culver city) That's what I've been doing and it's so much better for the environment 🙂

  3. you seem so happy! always lovely to watch your videos(:
i realize this is pretty different from your usual content, but i'm always curious to see what the work aspect of youtuber's/influencer's days look like! would love to see a work day in my life maybe??

  4. Highly recommended watching Bobby Parish for the “411” on foods from Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s. That Mac and cheese may be vegan but it contains really bad ingredients that causes inflammation.

  5. Buy bulk rice.. 1 plastic bag can hold rice for a month.. or at least a bag of 2 Ib rice… i mean.. this rice bag if one meal for 2 people.. :/
