The workout:
1. One arm supported push up 4×10-12
2. Feet elevated pulse push up 4×10-12
3. Close grip chair push up 4×10-12
4. Body fly 4×15-20
5. Sven press 4×12-15

6. Hook fly 4×10-12
7. Banded Leg extension 4×12-15 (can be done on floor)
8. Banded hip thrusts 4×15-20
9. Split squat 1&1/2 4×12-15
10. Overhead squat 4×12-15
11. Stiff leg deads 4×12-15
12. Hamstring curl 4×15-20
The beauty of this workout is that it can all be done without a band! Add more reps, throw on some more TUT! It’s all about making the most of every situation and coming out of this stronger have a great start to the week!
