Legs Dumbbell Workout
There can be many reasons why people don’t want to use a barbell. It could be because of a back pain or your general dislike for the barbell that you want to stay away from it. It is said compound movements with a barbell are the best way to build big legs.
This is complete BS! Your muscles have no idea if you’re using a barbell or dumbbells. All they know is if you have trained them to failure. You can completely eliminate barbells and other machines from your leg workouts and still build monster wheels.

Preworkout: 10/15 minutes of any cardio!
Dumbbell Stationary Side Lunge: 5×10 – each side!
Dumbbell Hip Thrust: 4×12!
Dumbbell RDL: 4×12!
Dumbbell Cannonball Squat: 4×15!
Dumbbell Deadlift: 4×15!
Wall Sit Calf Raise: 4×25!

Bruv please help me yeah, I've never had any exercise since the quarantine started and now I've been losing some massive gains and my weight has went down drastically, so my body pretty much looked like christian bale in the machinist currently. How do I maintain my gains amidst of quarantine, please help… don't want to lose all my gain just because I can't lift weights anymore and have to workout at home.

  2. Tried a lot of these, they work pretty well. Must say I've got similar workouts that don't require dumbbells but these are good too.
