  1. I’ve tried the sweet potato combo but with Japanese sweet potato and added a little bit of Walden farms syrup! It’s so delicious!!

  2. I just found out I’m intolerant too so many things. It’s kind of a relief now that I know but also struggling to get used to my more limited diet! These videos are helping me so much❤️

  3. I love matcha. If I’m not mistaken, it’s higher in caffeine than coffee but not more than espresso? Simply Quinoa on YT drinks matcha every morning. She also puts cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and other goodies if you want other ideas 🙂

  4. I'm with you in the whole Gluten free intolerance too and for me sourdough bread (because it's fermented) works! It may not work for all but for me it does. It's a weird taste for some but it's been a life saver for me and my avocado toast too! Give it a try!

  5. I feel like your diet is getting more and more restrictive. Sure there is a reasonable explanation for going dairy and gluten free, for not eating egg yolk, for avoiding meat, for cutting out coffee, for taking supplements and digestive enzymes, for avoiding refined sugars, for using Himalayan salt instead of regular salt (btw there is no significant difference besides the price)…but when you combine all of the above it gets a bit questionable. I really like you, but there is a line between a clean balanced diet and an unnecessary restrictive one.

  6. Maryana, do you ever use real oil or just the spray kind (I know it's real too, I just don't know how to say it lol)? And why… it a caloric thing, so you dont go over your macros? Thanks girl!

  8. The egg white / sweet potato combo is not weird at all, i have it often, learned it from Taylor Chamberlain a while ago Yummy!

  9. Nice video as always. Once i stopped using added sugar my digestive issues werent as bad. Could be that it causes inflamation. I do use honey however. I hope you get relief from your issues
