When I ate to little my stomach was kinda flat but my legs were super thin (I did workout), now that I eat 1600-1800 and I workout harder (more strength)I gained more muscle overall but I my stomach is not as flat, yes there is definition and I can still see my Abs but I feel like there is much more fat in my stomach idk how much but it’s not as shredded. What should I do?

  2. So how do you feel about intermittent fasting now? It’s interesting seeing how your diet changes, we always somehow go through the same food cycles haha

  3. You've inspired me to buy a milk frother and start making my own latte's at home! Would you say that almond milk or oat milk works better for frothing? Thanks in advance 🙂
