Banana Bread Recipe:
-2 mashed bananas
-1 tsp of vanilla
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of coconut flour
-1 cup of oat flour
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1/3 cup of honey (coconut nectar or maple syrup works as well)
– 1 cut banana on top
– dash of cinnamon
bake at 350F for 30 min
