  1. I am also pescatarian for similar reasons!!! So great to see a YouTuber who eats animal products in limited amounts rather than only those who can quit cold turkey

  2. Interesting … I’ve noticed lots of younger people can eat lots of carbs, but when people turn 30+ years old, carbs tend to spike insulin and cause health problems unless working out 1500 kcal per day. I used to eat like this (little to no meat, lots of fruits and veggies and brown rice) and push hard in the gym, and I slowly (10 years) worked myself to 24% body fat and 196 lbs at 5’9” (male). I just recently turned keto and time restricted eating (intermittent fasting) keeping carbs lower than 30 grams per day and keeping fat high to 130+ grams, which I’ve changed eating to lots of fish, meats and cruciferous veggies, and I haven’t ever felt better. Just did my tests and my body fat after 2 months is 18% and I’m 170 lbs, all this while not changing my workout regimen (walk in the morning, beachbody workout afterwards). I’m 34 and I’m betting on this pace I’ll be the most healthy I’ve ever been in 6 months.

My advice, just watch your energy and body fat as you age. Eating 6 times a day and high amount of carbs, which is inevitable in a vegetarian or vegan diet, can spike insulin and make you insulin resistant. Like watching your channel though, keep up the energy, you’re changing lives.

  3. It's amazing that you are interested in veganism, that's probably why you're in my suggestions (and now you got a new subscriber as well) <3 Take your time, and don't feel pressured by others. It took me years to transition (I gave up meat overnight, but the rest took time), and I do have to say the only thing I regret is not taking the final step sooner, but again I wasn't 100% ready before. It's important to learn a lot first I think, or you will end up not knowing what the hell to eat and feel restricted.

  4. Hi! I just started to watch your channel and I love it. You’re so inspirational. So many good information. On my journey to bulk my body. Love all your food and workout How do you work out when you have your period and abdominal cramps? Thank you and love your channel!!
