  1. with your mash you want to put the potatoes in the water before its boiled and then bring it to the boil… it cooks the potatoes more evenly and you don't have to worry about splashing hot water everywhere!

  3. hey maryana, earth balance is not healthy 🙁 it’s full of rancid vegetable oils and inflammatory omega 6 fatty acids, terrible for gut health and causes inflammation in the brain which makes for bad mental health as well. Grass fed butter is a much healthier option with fat soluble vitamins, saturated and omega 3 fatty acids and our ancestors have eaten it forever. Vegetable oils have barely come into the picture within the last 50 years in order to make production of packaged foods cheaper and they’re literally in everything!! Please do more research on this 🙁
