  1. This is good for motivation. In reality these fitness gurus have the appearance of subjects who probably did not build their physiques using the method demonstrated. I am sure most of them have used performance enhancing drugs. There are guys in this video I have seen in gym demonstrations lifting massive amounts of weight. Mind you they might have natural muscle building potential.
