  1. This one relates to the episode a couple days ago where you were pulling the sled. When you first start pulling that sled, the resistance is as hard as it can be. Then once you get it moving it gets a little easier. You’re still working hard but it’s moving easier. And if you keep up the momentum it stays that way. But if you slow down it starts getting harder again.

It’s kinda like the strongest man competitions where they’re pulling the semi trucks. It takes a massive amount of effort to get it moving. Then once it’s moving it gets a little easier. And the faster you get it moving the less resistance and the easier it is to keep it moving.

    Great message!

  2. I disagree with the need for passion when starting, or even running a business. There are several things in my home that I use everyday. If you were to tell me that the individual or company that created these items did so without passion, it wouldn't cause me to use the items any less.
Having a system for starting ventures beats out having passion. You can start and operate multiple businesses with a system. But how many businesses can you start with passion?
Save passion for relationships, use systems to start and operate businesses.
